Vacation Rental Description

The two story home features an open floor plan; a 50' plasma 
television, DirectTV with access to over 700 channels, fully 
equipped kitchen.The master suite offers a queen bed and walk-in 
closet.  The master bath offers a double bowl vanity, walk-in shower,
seperate large bathtub, and water closet.  The guestrooms feature  
queen-size beds with a seperate bathroom.  Washer and Dryer are 
availabe on second floor.  At the front entrance there is a large 
porch great for reading the morning paper.

Activities and Attractions

Verrado is a modern community neslted in the foothills of the White 
Tank Mountains only 25 miles west of Phoenix.  It is a place where 
you can experience the best of home, town, and golf.  This property 
is located within walking distance of The Raven Golf Club and Main 
Street.  On Main Street you will find the local grocery store 
(Bashas'), coffee shop, and juice bar.  There are also three miles of
paths and trails that run along Verrado's washes with wonderful 
views.  

There are many attractions to choose from, located approximately  
20 - 30 miles from Verrado, such as, The Desert Batanical Garden, 
Castles N' Coasters, Rockin' R Ranch, and The Wildlife World Zoo.  
The sports enthusiast in your family or group will also have several 
locations to visit.  For example: The Arizona Diamondbacks Stadium, 
Cardinal Stadium, Coyotes Stadium, Phoenix Suns Stadium, and NASCAR 
at the Phoenix International Raceway.

There is also a $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee, and a $500.00
