This is an easy access, easy parking, very private 1st floor unit. All new appliances and lighting in the bright airy kitchen.
Large flat-screen TV's in living room and master bedroom (w/cable & dvd). Huge Master Bath, twin sinks with seperate stall shower and luxury bathtub
This unit features 10 ft. ceilings and a separate laundry room with all new large-capacity washer/dryer.

Helpful manned/gated entry and member-center. This association features the largest resort style pool and clubhouse in Naples! Clubhouse area also has 2 tennis courts and 2 screened bocce ball courts.
If you like 'the water', and the sound of falling water, then Falling Waters is the place to be. Streams, fountains, and waterfalls abound!
Of course beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided should you decide to 'beach it'.

Naples has the most concentrated art and culture scene in Florida. The Naples Museum of Art and The von Leibig Art Center are just some examples.
The beach scene is so varied one could visit a different beach each day (check out Clam Pass!). The Naples Zoo is one of my favorites and the Seminole Casino is just a 30 min. drive.
Restaurants from 4-star to quick food as well as Publix,CVS, and a 7/11 are minutes from your door.
