Englewood Beach is located on Manasota Key only 2 miles from the home. The beach offers boardwalks, showers, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and restroom facilities. For boaters, dock your boat at our waterfront lot located 2 miles from the home. The dock is only seconds from the intercoastal waterway and from the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges. This waterfront property has boat trailer parking, shore power, water, and stainless steel fish cleaning table. Beginning in May, enjoy World Class Tarpon Fishing at Boca Grande Pass and guided Charters are available with Captain Bryan Elkins. Enjoy live music, restaurants, antique car shows, and local pubs on Dearborn Street in Old Englewood. Englewood has wonderful parks, biking trails, or explore our many creeks and rivers.
