      Enjoy a Polynesian-style Front Row, End Unit with an oceanview, in a serene "Old 
Hawaii" setting, away from the congestion of Kona and Hilo and only a short drive to 
Volcanoes National Park and its latest eruption displays.  After visiting the volcano, 
cool off at world-famous Punalu'u black sand beach, renowned for basking turtles. 

      Privately situated on the quiet edge of the immaculately groomed Sea Mountain Resort, 
our spacious (720 square feet) hale overlooks the magnificent Pacific Ocean and the 
scenic Sea Mountain golf course. 

Our condo is a "true" one bedroom (not studio) with a large master bedroom with a new 
king size mattress and a sofa sleeper in the livingroom. The separate dining room with 
ocean view also has sliding glass doors leading outside.  

Fragrant Plumeria grace the entrance to our Black Sand Paradise condo along a lava rock 
entry. Step inside and you'll have light open beamed ceilings, tropical decor, with views of 
the ocean and the expansive views to the south.  Tropical birds will visit you on our raised 
wood deck (lanai)  where you can enjoy every meal or happy hour in peace and quiet.

 If you need the internet, Colony One  now has an on-site wireless hot spot in front of the 
timeshare office where laptop users congregate and check their email on the lanai 
surrounded by plumeria trees.

Activities and Attractions

From Colony One you can explore the nearby Volcanoes National Park or just walk to the 
beach right from our Polynesian hale to see the famous green sea turtles and, of course, 
the amazing, Punalu'u Black Sand Beach. The Hilo Farmers market is a fun Wednesday or 
Saturday adventure. One can also explore nearby Wood Valley, Na'alehu, Pahala and 
Whittington Beach. 
We also inform our guests if there are special events during their stay and assist with 
suggestions for vacation activities. 
For recreation you can play tennis or enjoy the stunning ocean views while playing the 18-
hole golf course at Sea Mountain. Or, if you came to relax, you need look no further than 
the ocean side pool with everything you need for an idyllic Hawaiian retreat: ocean views, 
swaying palms, lava rock walls, lounges, spa,-- tropical bliss.

Standard Cleaning Fee applies - $75
Hawaii State Accommodation Tax 11.416% will be added to All Rates.
Minimum Stay of Three Nights.
