Whether it is a quiet escape you're planning, or an active, fun-
filled vacation, our lovely ranch-style home is certain to help make
it a success. Nestled in a cove with a wide view of the private
(hot) side of Lake Anna, Virginia’s second largest lake, this two-
acre waterfront home is situated in a grove of mature trees that
affords privacy and a refreshing escape from the summer heat;
there’s
plenty of open space for the sun worshippers as well. The
waterfront is shallow enough at the shore line for toddlers and
beginner swimmers to splash comfortably while more advanced swimmers
can enjoy jumping and diving off the floating dock; a deep water
dock
is available for boating and fishing. When you aren’t in the water,
enjoy a game of volleyball or horseshoes, or just sit in the big
swing and watch the sunset.
With all the amenities located on one floor, the house is convenient
for people with limited handicaps. The fully-equipped kitchen
includes a breakfast bar, and the washer and dryer. A separate
dining room is convenient when everyone eats together, or gathers
for
an evening of card playing. There’s a family room for watching
whatever sport is in season, or bring along some DVDs or videos and
enjoy a movie; the living room affords a quiet respite for talking
or catching up on some reading.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

size bed; 2 full baths; full-service kitchen, including microwave,
