This studio is a private apartment located in a condo/hotel faciliy located adjacent to the El San Juan Hotel and Casino.  Condo rental includes 1 free parking. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, linens,  central A/C.,telephone and cable TV .

On site: baggage storage, beach, 24 hour Concierge Desk/Security, dry cleaning, fitness center, bilingual staff, outdoor pool/jacuzzi, Room Service available, safety deposit boxes, billiards in lobby, mini-supermarket in lobby, Internet service/24 hour business center, restaurant/bar in lobby. Winter Rates   Dec 15- Mar 31   $135 nt/ $2250 monthly   5 day minimum
