Vacation Rental Description

This fully equipped Resort style Scottsdale condo has 2 bedrooms, 2  
bathrooms and an office/den with a queen sleeper sofa. Electronic  
gated community with secured underground parking and air-conditioned  
hallways with an elevator service. It is superbly furnished, with top  
of the line items. All towels, linens and appliances are brand  
spanking new. High speed internet/cable tv in all rooms. 
Each bedroom has a queen bed, with plush-top mattress, down comforter  
and 300-thread-count sheets. The master bath has a soaking tub and  
walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. 
 
The condo is spacious at 1300 sq ft. With a Washer and dryer in the  
unit.  
The kitchen features a breakfast bar and is complete with all major  
appliances and counter appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and  
blender.  
The condo is located on the 2nd floor and overlooks one of the four  
beautiful heated swimming pool/spa areas, with Ramada and outdoor BBQ  
grills. It has a furnished view patio. 
Each property also has access to a private entertainment room,  
including a TV and a wet bar. 
On-site fitness center with concierge service. All this within  
walking distance to fine restaurants and  shopping.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 1st to September 1st 
$125 daily, $650 per week, $1950 per month 
 
September 1st to March 31st 
$200 daily, $1100 per week, $3000 per month 
 
April 1st to May 31st 
$150 daily, $850 per week, $2250 per month 
 
 
Greater than 4 people, $125 per week per person. 
No smoking anywhere on the property premises, and no pets. 
Cleaning fee $150.  
 
50% due at time of reservation non-refundable, balance due 15 days  
before check in. Reservations are subject to cancellation if  
payments are not received by the due date. There are no refunds for  
early departure. 
 
$500 security deposit. 
Fully refundable if all condo items are intact and  
in good condition for our next guests.  
Smoking is not permitted and clean up (i.e.carpets, upholstery,  
linens) from any smoking violations will be taken from your security  
deposit. A replacement cost of $125 will be charged for any lost  
gate sensors.
