This is a unique two master bedroom condo,two bath corner unit  
located on the first level. 
 
The balcony overlooks Florida's white sandy beach, and pool. 
 
The Master bedroom #1 has a large walk in closet and bathroom with a  
King size Bed and large cable tv, with views of the intercoastal  
waterway. 
 
The Master bedroom #2 has a large closet and bathroom with a Queen  
size bed and cable tv, with views of the intercoastal waterway. 
 
Bedrooms are carpeted, pergo and decorator tile thorughout. 
 
The laundry facilities are with in the unit. 
 
The condo has been professionally decorated! Beautiful!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air conditioning, phone, linens/towels, outdoor furniture on  
first level balcony over looking the beach. Full kitchen with custom  
wood cabinets, corian counters, microwave, coffeemaker, blender,  
toaster all that is needed in the kitchen. 
Stereo, vcr/dvd washer and dryer in unit, elevator, assigned parking,  
heated pool, gas grills, ceiling fans, beach chairs and rafts.

Located just 90 minutes from Orland popular theme parks and 30  
minutes  
from Busch Gardens,  
 
You have the convience of the trolly that takes you any where you  
want to go 
along the 17 mile stretch of beach from Clearwater to St. Pete beach. 
 
Deep sea fishing, jet ski rentals, casino cruises, minigolf,  
wonderful shopping and restaurants and many within walking distance.

1 month minimum 
Jan 1 - Apr 30   $2900/month 
May 1 - Aug 31   $2200/month 
Sep 1 - Dec 31   $1900/month 
 
11% Florida tax and $75.00 cleaning fee additional. 
 
Sorry.........No smoking and No pets. 
 
Deposit of $300.00 which is non-refundable if cancellation is made 30  
days or less prior to arrival.
