Vacation Rental Description
Our home from home is situated in Emerald Island Resort a Luxury Gated
community just minues from Disney's Main Gate. Close enough for trips
back from the parks for lunch or tea before going back when the heat
is lower if you have small kids like us.
The community has its own facilities such as Communial Pool, Gym,
Internet Cafe ,Tennis, Volleyball and a nature reserve that our home
backs onto.
Vacation Rental Amenities
We have Cable TV (HBO) , DVD's Sony Playstation , FoosBall and Air
hockey table to keep you busy when not at the parks or relax in our
Solar heated {backed up by heat pump and gas } pool or spa.
Fully air conditioned , with ceiling fans , fitted kicthen and
sleeping places for 12 people we also have 3 sofa beds and can take up
to 14 people.
We also have wifi Internet available with a computer to access your
emails directly ro from your laptop.

Vacation Rental Rates
Low Season $1350 / £700 per week
High Season $1670 / £900 per week
rates include pool heat , one clean per stay at the end , extra cleans
mid week or as required at $170 per clean. Rates include state taxes.
A Deposit of $190 / £100 is required for breakages on booking.
