1 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 5, patio, parking in Mission Beach

This is a unique 1 bedroom 2 bath upstairs beach rental. It can sleep 5. There is a queen bed in the bedroom with adjoining full bath. The living room has a new comfortable pull down full couch. The other couch is a single bed size. There is a full    bath off the living room.
      The private patio has a clear roof for year round usage. There is a gas grill, seating for 6 at the table with lounge and patio chairs for relaxing. Sliding doors open onto the patio from the living area. The kitchen is large and fully equipped                          

   There is on site parking for a large truck or SUV, or garage for a small car. 

  There is a full size washer/dryer that is free in the garage area.

    We provide wireless internet, full service SAT TV, with Blueray DVD. There is a hi definition flat screen TV in the living room. There is an IPod player, and books to read. We also provide bikes, helmuts, Kayaks and stand up paddle board. Very few other rentals provide so much for you to enjoy the ocean and the bay.

    Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards and sand toys are also provided. This rental is about 1/2 block to the ocean or the bay.

We have miles of biking and walking without crossing busy streets along the ocean and the bay. Watch sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the ocean.  Sea World is about a mile away. The zoo is 12 minutes away as is the airport and downtown. Walk to Belmont Amusement Park and thrill to the roller coaster or watch the kids on the Merry-go-round or the bumpercars, etc. Best of all just enjoy a day at the beach just steps away.

Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only
