For your or your guest's comfort, you will appreciate the high end queen mattress and topper in the guest room, mirrored wardrobe closet, vaulted ceiling, mountain views and its own private full bath.

You will find higher end amenities and furnishings than you typically will see in a Palm Springs rental as our original intention was to keep it for us.   It has travertine flooring throughout with the exception of carpeting in the 2 bedrooms.  We have granite counters in the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms.  The dining area which opens to the living area seats 6 comfortably and includes a 10 foot long wet bar, perfect for entertaining. 

The living room area provides comfortable seating for 7, and features a gas fireplace, 42” HDTV, original art work and direct access to the front patio with great views of the lush grounds. 

The kitchen has also been upgraded with new stainless steel appliances and opens directly to the family room and back patio.  This area has two very comfortable lounge chairs and a sleeper sofa.  The large, private back patio features spectacular unobstructed mountain views, a table and seating for 4, a BBQ for your convenience.   

The grounds are spectacular, with expansive greenbelt areas between condos and walking paths throughout.  Pick your own plump oranges, tangelos, grapefruit, lemons and limes from the trees…great for breakfast and a fresh lemon for your late afternoon drink.  You are located in Phase 5 of the complex which comes with 2 spas and one pool.

For your comfort, we have a brand new state of the art air-conditioner and heating unit and of course, you will be able to enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace.

The unit comes fully furnished with new linens, towels and everything you need for preparing meals from a rice cooker, to a blender, electric skillet, in-door ice and water dispenser in the fridge…you need it?…it’s is likely there.   We want you to feel completely at home.

A new washer and dryer with laundry supplies are available for your use and located in the laundry room located just off the front patio.
