This exclusive Holiday Isle neighborhood is quiet and great for walking  Enjoy the deck for dining outside and have your coffee the next morning.  Stroll on the beach or improve your tan.  The extra large master bedroom has a king bed with a sealy posturpedic mattress, 300 count sheets, and private bath.  The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed with a 2 1/2 seat with twin pullout sleeper.  In the living area there are 2 pull out sofa bed's which are queen sized perfect for the kids while parents have privacy.  This will fit two families comfortably.  Feel the wind breezes on you skin on the deck and catch up on your current book.  Our sister property has pool within 10 minutes across the street from the beach at Pompano Joes.  Our return guests look forward to updates each year.  This condo is kept very clean and has everything needed.  This is your home away from home with Full Size washer and dryer, full kitchen, CD/DVD players, and game connections.  We have started a small DVD library for your viewing.  Restaurants are in walking distance on your boating dinner cruise.  Your boat has access to a wet slip on the north side of this property.  The boat trailer can left on the launch premises within 1-2 miles or other parking options for trailers with competitive pricing.  3 parking spaces for you and your guests on our private property.  Large Flat Screen TV's for winding down at the end of your day.  Call or email for your reservation.  We look forward to helping you enjoy your friends and family while we take care of the other details.  Pets are welcome and adults under 25 upon approval.  We accept credit cards for your convenience.  Call or email for details on your home away from home in Destin!
