Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction - The Barrett-Jackson Auction Company is well known for being the premiere classic car auction company in the United States. At the Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction even the most serious collector will find enticements in the form of some of the most exclusive vehicles available at auction.

Golf - If you are a golfer you will find paradise in Scottsdale. There are about 50 golf courses just in Scottsdale. Championship courses of all types can be found here, including the TPC Scottsdale where the Phoenix Open is played each winter as one of the first PGA tournament events of the year.

Jobing Arena – There are many concerts and shows held at the Jobing Arena each year, and, of course, The Phoenix Coyotes play professional NHL hockey there.

Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns - Located downtown Phoenix and just 20 minutes away from this property.

Old Town Scottsdale - Take a walk through the historic Old Town Scottsdale and get a flavor of the old west. Wooden sidewalks and rustic traditions are preserved as you tie your horse to each shop's hitching post.

Scottsdale Symphony - The Scottsdale Symphony provides a regular season of 5 concert series, plus community concerts under local sponsorship, concerts in schools, parks and during local festivals and celebrations.

University of Phoenix Stadium (formerly Cardinals Stadium) - Home of the Arizona Cardinals, the Fiesta Bowl, and the BCS Championship Game, as well as many conventions and trade shows. The public can even take a guided tour of the stadium on non-game days.

Westgate City Center - is a shopping and entertainment destination adjacent to Jobing Arena and University of Phoenix Stadium. Although there are several stores there, it is known more for the restaurants and bars, as well as for the fountains and entertainment events.

Camelback Ranch - joins the list of West Valley sports venues in 2009. The Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox share the stadium during Spring Training Baseball season.

Spring Training Baseball - During the entire month of March each year the valley comes alive for baseball fans with Spring Training Baseball. The Cactus League allows the fans to see lots of teams and players up close and personal for a reasonably priced ticket. The San Francisco Giants call Scottsdale Stadium home during Spring Training.

Desert Ridge Marketplace - If you want to shop or eat or go to a movie, this is the place for you. One of the newer malls in the greater Phoenix area, it is located in northern Scottsdale.  Just off the 101 Freeway and Tatum Blvd.

Taliesin West - Nestled in the foothills of the rugged McDowell Mountains and surrounded by the spectacular Sonoran Desert lays a 600-acre complex called Taliesin West. This Scottsdale attraction was designed and built by Frank Lloyd Wright. You can visit this Frank Lloyd Wright winter residence which is still home to the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. Guided tours of the grounds and buildings are available.

Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) - Located in North Scottsdale. The first museum of its kind in the world, there are more than 12,000 instruments exhibited here, as well as performances and workshops.

Scottsdale Culinary Festival - Each April, Scottsdale hosts a 4 day festival of food, music, entertainment. Did I mention food? This very popular event is a fundraiser for arts and art education programs for students in the Valley of the Sun.

Peak Season - September to April:  $450.00 per night with a 3 night minimum, $3,000.00 per week, $9,500.00 per per month

Off Peak - May to August:  $295.00 per night with a 2 night minimum, $1,895.00 per week, $5,995.00 per month.

Holidays - Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving :  $500.00 per night with a 4 night minimum

Deposits:  A 50% deposit is due at booking and will be charged to your credit card at that time. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date the entire rental fee is due and payable at the time of booking.

Cancellations: Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days before the arrival date  will be refunded 100% of the Deposit. No refunds are available after that time.

Balance Due: The balance of all remaining rental fees is due and payable 30 days prior to the arrival date.  The original credit card used at the time of booking will be charged for the balance unless other arrangements have been made prior to that time. Failure to remit the balance due without explicitly cancelling a reservation according to the provisions above, will cause Renter to forfeit the Deposit.

Cleaning Fee: A $250.00 non-refundable Cleaning Fee is required at the time of booking.

Damage Deposit: A $500.00 refundable Damage Deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

Pet Deposit: To be determined based upon size and breed of pet.  Approval will be at owner's discretion.

Check-In / Check-Out Times:  Check-In time is after 4:00 PM on the arrival date.  Check-Out is 12:00 PM on the departure date. These times can be flexible if there are no bookings immediately before or after yours (upon request).
