Rivers Edge on the Manasquan in Point Pleasant Beach

This beautiful luxurious waterfront home on the Manasquan River is just waiting for your enjoyment.  Everything is clean,new and upscale here.  From the hickory wood floors and granite counter tops, to the Le Creuset cookware.  We are located in a desirable residential neighborhood in Point Pleasant Beach, just minutes from the downtown stores, restaurants, beach, boardwalk and train station.  The house features a 225 ft pier equipped for docking 4 boats.  A private beach is an added luxury.  Relax on the covered porch, grill up your catch of the day on the gas grill, fish, crab, kayak or just read a book.   A short bike ride brings you right into the heart of town and all attractions.  If you do not have a bike or a kayak please feel free to use ours.  This is a non smoking home.

This upscale two story home boast 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.  Each bedroom has a paddle fan, a tv, vaulted cielings and spacious closets.  The master bedroom and bath feature a balcony and spectacular views of the Manasquan river.  The second bedroom is pampered in comfort with a queen size bed enveloped in a tastefully decorated airy room. The uplifting light filters through the windows creating a serene atmosphere. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds and an oversized closet, perfect for young family members and guests. French doors open to a beautifully decorated study with a pull out couch for overnight guests.  The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances and every amenity you have come to expect.  Serve your guest on the breakfast bar or relax in the large eat in kitchen.  This open concept floor plan suggest comfort and style in the attached living room with custom designed slate gas fireplace and interesting furniture and furnishings from around the world.  All this looks out through a wall of windows leading to a covered porch  perched upon pavered patio surrounded by tasteful landscape opening up to a private beach and pier.  Central air, central vac and a washer and dryer adds to this stress free accomodations.

While Rivers Edge on the Manasquan is sheltered from the energy and noise of "Summer at the shore", it's only a few short blocks and a lovely stroll to the vibrant Arnold Avenue in the downtown section of Point Pleasant.  Here you will find many eateries, coffee houses, book stores, boutiques and antique shops.  To beach it, grab your bike and head to the shore.  You will find all the excitement of Jenkinsons Boardwalk and several bathing beaches less than a mile away from your retreat.  For a day of adventure in the Big Apple or a day trip to explore a neighboring shore town like Asbury Park, head to the train station less than a half mile away. Night life is certainly not missed with the close by clubs and Pubs.  Point Pleasant Beach has something for everyone with its stores, shores, and simple pleasures of days gone by.

Autum and Winter Stays

• Sept. 21st-Oct. 31st..........................$500 per night, 2 night minimum

• Sept. 21st-Oct. 31st..........................$2500 per week

• Nov. 1st-April 30th.............................$475 per night, 2 night minimum

• Nov. 1st-April 30th.............................$2500 per week

Winter Rentals

• Nov. 1st-April 30th..............................$3000 per month, plus utilities
• A 4500.00 security/damage deposit is required for winter rentals longer than 1 month unless the lease is paid in full.  If paid in full, a 500.00 damage deposit is required.  All utilities must be put in tenants name for all stays longer than 1 month.  Rental application is required on all long term rentals.

Spring Rates

• May 1st-June 15th..............................$550 per night, 2 night minimum
• May 1st-June 15th..............................$3000 per week

Summer Rates

• June 16th-Labor Day weekend...........$4000 per week
• June 16th-Labor Day weekend............$14,400 per month
