$225/per night up to 10 people (reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date or an additional fee applies**)
$250/per night 10-20 people (reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date or an additional fee applies**)
$300/per night more than 20 people (reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date or an additional fee applies**)
$150-300 cleaning fee, up to half may be refunded based on condition of home at checkout

No refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise up to a $250 fee for cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival date.
**Reservations made within 30 days or less of arrival the date will be charged a non-refundable addtional $250 rental fee.
Responsible party must be at least 23 years old (proof required at time of reservation).
