I love this vacation rental. I manage this home for the homeowner and take my job seriously. If you call me there is a really good chance that Im going to answer the phone every single time. Renting homes from me is painless and professional. I take credit cards and require a $300.00 deposit to confirm the booking. The deposit is applied towards the remaining balance. So if your total was $1000 I take a $300 deposit, your remaining balance is $700. Thirty days prior to your arrival my booking software charges the balance automatically. I also sell Travel Insurance if you want it, which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a City or trip cancelation for any reason. When booking a home with me you will receive emailed confirmations when renting a home from me instantly. When renting any one of my homes you will be able to go directly to the property with no need to check in at my office. All of the homes have Lockboxes with keys.
