Vacation Rental Description

We have a Beautiful NEW Kitchen complete with Granite counter tops, 
tile floor and TOP of the line appliances! 
 
Large 1500 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second story condo is set in  
the beautiful and conveniently located Glades Country Club (Golf- 
Club), located in a very private (no-thru ways) area in section 11  
on Winners Circle. The unit overlooks the #3 Green of the Large PGA   
Golf Course and has all NEW furniture, mattresses and decor. All  
utilities including cable tv, local phone calls, water and electric  
are included. Quite!  Only four units in the building!  
 
 This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Sorry, No Pets. 
 
GREAT ROOM- queen sized sofa sleeper, love seat, end tables and  
coffee table, chair, 32" Color TV, DVD, VCR, AM/FM Stereo, Game  
table with chairs. 
DINING ROOM- Buffet, table, 4 chairs and a bench for extra seating. 
KITCHEN- 5 burner smooth top stove with warming oven, dishwasher, side

beach chairs are included with this unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Glades Country Club includes two 18 hole golf courses (one PGA  
and one par 3), 9 swimming pools (two across the street), 10 tennis  
courts, a 19th Hole restaurant, Club House and lots of planned  
activities for owners and renters. 
 
This rental includes FREE GOLF for two.  Renter pays NO green fees,  
only cart rental $12-$15 and $10 per person ID Card. Tee times are  
conveniently located on Cable TV channel.  $100 Glades Country Club 
Fee is not included in the rent.

Activities and Attractions

The Glades Country Club is located just minutes from downtown 5th  
Avenue and the Beach 2-3 miles.  It is convenient to restaurants and  
shopping.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates: 
 
 $2,900 per month 
 
January 2009 through April 2009 $2,900 per month * 
  * (three month minimum during winter) 
October through November 2008  $2,900 
 
   
TAXES are in addition to rate at 10%  (6% FL State and 4% Collier Co) 
 
Additional costs: 
     - $125 singular cleaning fee 
     - $100 singular Glades Country Club application fee 
     - $500 refundable security deposit (returned within 2-3 weeks 
            after departure less damages)
