Other Amenities: Outdoor fire pit, Private lighted dock, Porch Deck with picnic table, rec room with a ping pong table and a bumper pool table . The house is fully furnished, has fullyequipped kitchen.  No smokers, no pets.

For Off-season: Initial two nights are always $600 ($1200 total), and any additional nights are $300 up to 4 nights (1200+300+300=1800).
After 4 nights pricing reverts to weekly pricing.
