All cooking equipment, utensils, coffee maker, toaster etc. etc, all towels and linens are right there...just bring your clothes and enjoy. The balcony overlooks the pool and spa with comfortable seating to savor the views.
New Big Screen TV with cable in living room plus a TV in each bedroom for privacy. Master suite includes large closet and bath with double sinks. Dining for six, great for entertaining...you will love this place!

Saguaro Lake and the Desert Belle cruise is just 15 minutes east.

Cleaning fee is $125.00* Included in the Utility amount June-September 30.
Deposits: There is a refundable $500. security/damage deposit due at reservation. 50% of total rental is also due at that time. Balance & cleaning fee due 45 days prior to arrival date. Please be aware rental fees are non-refundable unless rental is re-rented. Check in time is 3PM, check out time is 10 AM.
