Surrounded by National Forest, the area boasts over 600 miles of streams, more than 40 lakes and a 200-mile trail system. Torreon is a field-day for outdoor lovers. In the summer, temperatures are typically 20 to 30 degrees cooler than the desert regions. Which means a day of outdoor recreation — like mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, playinggolf, trout fishing or horseback riding — is a pleasure. In the winter, 11,000 foot Mt. Baldy invites skiers and snowboarders alike to try its fresh powder at Sunrise Park Resort, Arizona’s largest ski area. Monthy rates between $3600.00 and $3900.00  Weekly between $1000.00 and $1200.00.

Nightly $150.00 and $175.00

Cleaning fee is $125.00

Deposits: There is a refundabel $500. security/damage deposit due at reservation. 50% of total rental is also due at that time. Balance & cleaning fee due 45 days prior to arrival date.  Please be aware rental fees are non-refundable unless rental is re-rented.  Check in time is 3PM, check out time is 10 AM.
