Grand Beach House - Cranberry Lake in LaPorte

Cranberry Lake is a peaceful, relaxing 215 acre property with a 140 acre lake located off of the beaten path in Mill Creek, Indiana.

The Grand Beach house located near the lake with a large deck and a gorgeous view of the lake/property. A firepit outside is a perfect place to spend a beautiful evening.

Located 90 minutes from downtown Chicago, 30 minutes from South Bend and 2 1/2 hours from Indianapolis.

Check-in time ends at 9pm. There will be a $25 fee assessed for each half hour renter is later than 9pm. Please call if you are running late.

You must be 21 years old to rent.

A beautiful home that you can walk right into and live out of...fully loaded kitchen with an island in the middle for dining around, two living rooms, one complete with a fireplace and a big screen TV, the other a big screen TV, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a dining room.

Central air conditioning throughout the home.

A large deck out front with large gas grill, seating and just a wonderful peaceful place to spend an evening. A firepit off in the side yard if you'd like to enjoy a little rustic campfire in the evening.

A beautiful sandy beach out front is perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

Rental includes shoreline fishing inside designated areas.  $50.00 fishing rate per day per boat, does not include boat rental.

Guided fishing trips are available upon request.

Get out and enjoy the peace and quiet and tranquility of Cranberry Lake...a sunrise or sunset on the lake is exactly what you need to give you a renewed sense of calm.

The La Porte area offers many activities year round. Restaurants are close by.

New Buffalo and South Bend are both less than a 45 minute drive from the lake.

Cranberry Lake does not allow any recreational boating. We are an idle only lake.

Grand Beach house rents for $425/night/Mon-Thurs and $500/night/Fri-Sun; $1750/week during the Summer Season which runs from April 1st through Labor Day weekend.

Off Season rates are $300/night/Mon-Thurs and $350/night/Fri-Sun; $1250/week.

We require a $200 cleaning/breakage deposit that will be returned within 10 days if the property is left clean. If its for a large party/wedding, the deposit is $500.
