Wonderful summer vacation

We had a great time during our vacation. The apartment was comfortable and very well maintained. The building exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities and comfort. The apartment looked like it was recently remodeled and the job was well done. We enjoyed the size of the bedrooms and the two TV's so our kids never complained. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking and spending time in the living room. The pool and the beach were great , clean and very safe. The location was unbeatable and hope we can come back next year during the same season. We took care of it as it was our own apartment

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

The Tides/Beautiful beach

We arrived to meet John, the owner and he was very helpful and friendly. He gave us a tour, introduced us to the front desk and explained the laundry and all details. The condo does not have a view of the ocean, but was as nice as we expected it to be and had recently been renovated. It was extremely clean and the unit is at the end of the hall, so it was very quiet as well. The beach was never crowded and was always clean and totally private to The Tides. The location is great, as it is on Hallandale Beach (half way between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale) and is about a mile away from the edge of the Hollywood Broadwalk. There is plenty of dining choices close by, our favorite was the pizza place across the street from the condo. There is also a Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Publix & a Winn Dixie very close by. On our final day we were checked out by Manny (the owner's brother in law) who was also helpful and friendly and gave us some ideas for where to eat next time we visit. He thanked us for keeping the unit clean and for picking it up.

We will stay here again, if we decide to stay in Hallandale/Hollywood again and will recommend the unit to our friends and family.

Great vacation!

This was a beautiful condo in a lovely building on the beach. The condo was clean, well decorated,very spacious and equipted with just about anything you would find at home. The location was wonderul, right in the middle of any and everything you might want to see in Hollywood, Florida. The beach was clean and while I did not see a hot tub, the pool was gigantic and the gym was more than adequate. Parking was very convenient and the people who worked in the building were friendly and helpful. The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. I would most certainly recommend this property to a friend and plan to return myself.
