The home features a 1500 sq. ft. Master suite complete with two TV's, king bed, Jacuzzi tub and open European shower. This suite also has two private decks, one facing the intercoastal waterway, and the other overlooking the gulf of Mexico. On the Main level there are two guest rooms, one with king, and one with queen bed. Main level bath, den with convertible queen sofa, wet bar, stereo with 4 outdoor speakers, Very large kitchen for the gourmet chef, formal dining overlooking the sound and patio area, Living room, and outdoor deck with grill and seating for the family. The Play room can sleep 6 additional guests, and has it's own half bath and pool table.
