Choosing a home for your family can be quite the challenge. Making everyone happy is almost impossible. Well, I found the perfect place for the most demanding of families. The Lodge at Two Rivers made our family reunion the most unforgettable vacation of all time. I have been all over the United States and nothing compared to this one of a kind property. To describe it, the outside reminds me of an old rustic log home with twenty year old pine wood everywhere, large decks all around the house, trees and flowers throughout the huge property. There’s even an 1800’s wagon in the island when you drive in. The inside of the house is unreal, whoever owns the house thought of everything. The linens and bedding was top notch, and each room has its own bathroom which is very nice. The granite and old pine floors throughout the house, were just a touch of what’s to offer.(there’s even granite in one of the two laundry rooms). The great room down stairs has enough seating for 30 people and the huge windows give you unbelievable views of the roaring river that is five yards from the house. Our family is huge and the accommodations couldn’t have been better. I could go on and on about this property!! Thanks for a trip of a lifetime and we will definitely be back.

Perfect in every way for family reunion

Our extended family of 15 adults & 2 children found the ideal place for our reunion at the Lodge at Two Rivers. Rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and immaculately clean. There was plenty of room for large group fun with the fire pit and outdoor tables along the river, pool table, game room, hot tub, outdoor grill, and comfortable seating everywhere. Bedrooms and baths were spacious and offered privacy. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and there was plenty of refrigerator space and ice available. The sound of the river and beautiful view was peaceful and relaxing. Nicely landscaped and plenty of parking spaces.
We arranged through the concierge service to have a chef come into the lodge to prepare and serve a full service plated dinner for all of us that was truly outstanding! The food was delicious and done to perfection, and the desserts were scrumptious.
Close proximity to town gave us all the opportunity to be as active or lazy as we chose. Some rented bikes, did the gondola ride & alpine slide, checked out the intriguing shops downtown, or sat quietly by the river reading, napping, or talking together.
Paul & Michael, the property managers, were extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. We couldn't have chosen a more ideal place for our family reunion and certainly hope to return in the future.

Luxury for large groups - immaculate!!!!

The Lodge at Two Rivers was truly a dream vacation for our family reunion this year. We had 7 adults and 5 children staying and in all honesty only left the property in the 5 days we were staying to get supplies at the grocery store. The Lodge is exceptionally appointed, FULLY stocked with all the normal kitchen items and then some. We were continually impressed with the features of the Lodge as well as the small touches presented by Paul, the owner. From the moment our tour began with Paul our expectations were exceeded.
I would highly recommend this property for large groups and particularly for multi-family gatherings. Paul was a pleasure to work with in booking the property, was available for questions during our stay, and quickly got our security deposit returned to us. The Lodge at Two Rivers has set the bar for future vacations for at least 4 families and will certainly be at the top of our list of options if we stay in the Breckenridge area again.
Not a single complaint regarding the Lodge at all. I'm a reasonably difficult customer to please but this property was a stand out and we've rented vacation homes in Australia, New Zealand, Colorado, & Florida. Top notch - you won't be disappointed!
