Casa Vaquero - Esperanza/Punta Ballena in Cabo San Lucas

This is an oceanview single family home in the Las Residencias
section of Punta Ballena. It is on the second row and 100 feet from
the ocean. The oceanfront homes in this area are $10+ million. This
area is the custom estate home area of Esperanza, the resort of the
Hollywood stars. Many stars rent these homes for full privacy and
luxury. The area is double guarded and has its own private beach
club that includes a outdoor/indoor restaurant, fitness facility,
double pools, double hot tubs, big screen TV, huge palapa and
private access to the beach. You can even get "full bed" patio
furniture down on the beach. You will have full access to the beach
club just like you were an owner.

The house has everything ready and I can provide private chef
contacts and transportation. I even can set you up with private
water sports activities. I am the actual owner, unlike many other

All guests have access to the amenities offered at the world famous
Esperanza resort. The house offers many amentities itself, with a
beautiful pool and jacuzzi outside and satellite TV. A four person
golf cart is available to "run around" the neighborhood.

The 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom and two bedrooms have
king size beds. The other two bedrooms have a queen size bed and two
twins with trundle beds (the twins and trundle can accomodate 4
children).

Nightly rate is $2,000 per night. Christmas week is available for
check-in on December 20th or 21st. New Years week is available for
check-in on December 27th or 28th. Tax is included in the rate.
