It is located in the prestigious Carmel Point known for it's proximity
to the best spots in Carmel such as the Carmel Beach, Carmel Bird
Sanctuary, Carmel Mission, Scenic Drive, great gourmet
restaurants, shopping and the World Renowned Art Galleries, yet
secluded for privacy. It is a short stroll to the famous Carmel
Beach and Carmel Bird Sanctuary and Carmel
Mission. It is approximately 2 to 3 miles to all major points of
interest such as Seventeen Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley
(known for famous vineyards, Point Lobos known for wildlife preserves
and fantastic hiking trails with breathtakingviews of the Ocean,
Pacific Grove- Known as the Monarch Butterfly Capital of the Nation,
Monterey known for the Wharf,Monterey Marina, & Monterey Aquarium,
etc. It is also accessible and approximately 30 to 40 miles to Big
Sur, approx. 2 miles to Point
Lobos which offers Wild Life preserve and offers great
hiking trails and 4 miles to Carmel Highlands.

extra leaves for table stored in the pantry)with 6 bentwood style

recessed lighting fixtures.

stone patio furnished with patio furnitures and outdoor heater. Gated

January to March $3000/week except At&t Golf Tournament
April to May $3500/week
June to August $4500/week except Concourse Elegance Season . for
Concourse Rate please inquire
Sept to October $2500/week
November to December $3000/week except Holidays. Rates for holidays
varies. Please inquire
Daily rates Minimum of 4 nights $400 to $700 per night
Long term rentals are available maximum of 12 months
One time cleaning fee minimum of $350
Refundable Security Deposit of $2000 is required payable upon
confirmation of reservation
All rates are subject to change without notice. No reservation is
confirmed until payment of deposit is received. Any damage to property
and all incidental fees & charges will be deducted from deposit but is
not limited to the full amount of the deposit. All amount due must be
settled prior to departure.
