Long term rentals are available maximum of 24 months
One time cleaning fee minimum of $350,  Refundable Security Deposit of $2000 to $6000 is required payable upon confirmation of reservation depending on what event is  currently ongoing
All rates are subject to change without notice. No reservation is
confirmed until payment of deposit is received. Any damage to property
and all incidental fees & charges will be deducted from  security deposit but is
not limited to the full amount of the deposit. All amount due must be
settled prior to departure.
