Beautiful white sand, non-driving beach just blocks away--walk or bicycle (provided) in minutes. Close to shops and restaurants on historic Flagler Avenue.

Home is spacious and open in a quiet residential neighborhood. Watch fish jumping, otters playing and birds fishing in the waterfront canal. Our massive screen enclosure overlooking the canal and wetlands beyond allows you to enjoy the best of Florida's indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

Fishing poles, a canoe, paddles, and life jackets are all available for your use. Kids love fishing right from the backyard, or, set off from the backyard boat ramp and access the world-class fishing of the Intracoastal Waterway and Mosquito Lagoon. The canal and creeks that lead to the Intracoastal are full of sea trout, redfish, mutton snapper, flounder, crabs, and lots of other wildlife! Nature preserve with kayak trails and fishing just blocks away.

Screened 2011 swimming pool, deck and covered porch. Swimming pool is equipped with a salt system so you are unlikely to have itchy eyes from the chlorine.

Queen size bed in master bedroom, huge whirlpool tub and rainfall shower in spacious and private master bath.

King size bed in second bedroom. Both beds have high threadcount luxury linens.

2 twin beds in third bedroom. Crib and highchair available.

High-Speed Wireless Internet and High-Definition Cable TV with a DVR, hooked up to an LCD TV.

We have everything you need to enjoy your stay--towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 outdoor showers, 4 burner gas grill, High-Definition LCD TV, DVD player and a library of DVDs, board games and cards. We've fully outfitted the house to enjoy during our own vacations and invite you to share the ease and pleasure of finding all the comforts of home!

Between strolls to the beach, swimming in the pool, and relaxing on the patios, it's hard to imagine you'll want to leave the house. But for those who want to venture into New Smyrna Beach and beyond, the town offers a vast array of local attractions, including: 

The Scenic Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet, Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore (a protected bird sanctuary), historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street with their shops, galleries and restaurants, New Smyrna Beach Flea Market, 7 Antique Shopping Pavilions, Sugar Mill Ruins, Old Fort Park site of the Connor Library Museum and Turnbull Ruins. Horseback riding, hiking and bike rentals are also available. 

The beautiful Intracoastal Waterway--accessible by boat off our canal or a quick drive away--offers a great variety of fishing and water sports with ocean access...Snorkeling, Diving, Water Skiing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, River Cruises, and sailing.

Sea Turtle Nesting begins in May and continues through September. Hatching begins in June and continues through October. You can recognize their nests by the familiar roped off sections right on the beach!
 
In addition to the local sites to see, there are also more famous attractions just an hour away, including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs (manatee viewing), Central Florida Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway, beautiful and historic St. Augustine (the oldest city in the US). They are 
all easy day trips from New Smyrna Beach. And don't forget, Central 
Florida is a golfing and fishing paradise, so come prepared!
