Barwaller in Blowing Rock

This rustic, yet elegant, Windermere Townhome is located within
Yonahlossee Resort and Club, a private and gated community located
just outside of the Village of Blowing Rock in the heart of the
beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Yonahlossee Resort is known for its
beautiful homes, its natural and undisturbed setting, and award
winning amenities that include indoor and outdoor tennis courts,
indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and fine dining restaurant.

The home is a Timberpeg Home boasting exposed posts and beams
throughout. The home, decorated with antiques, reflects the owner's
love of the mountains, art, and the out-of-doors. Just an easy walk
to the tennis courts and indoor pool, this Windermere is tucked away
amongst lush rhododendron and perched above the "Weaving Cabin" --
the last structure remaining from the original Camp Yonahlossee.

The interior of this mountain home is incredible! Exposed, hefty
posts and beams and rustic wood accents abound. The Great Room with
vaulted ceilings, gorgeous stone fireplace with gas logs, and
sliding glass doors that lead to a covered deck is inviting to all.
The dining area with bay window will comfortably accommodate family
gatherings. The fully equipped Kitchen is accessible to the Great
Room via a pass-through window.

The Master Bedroom with full ensuite bath is located on the main
floor. Sliding glass doors lead to the covered deck. The Master
Bedroom has a queen size bed.

One of the Guest Bedrooms is also located on the main floor. This
comfy bedroom offers a queen bed. A full bath with tub is
located just across the hallway.

A spacious third Guest Bedroom with king bed and full ensuite bath
is located on the upper level.

A sleeper sofa located in the loft overlooking the Great Room provides a fourth sleeping area.

Yonahlossee Resort is located in one of the most ideal settings in
the High Country. Just minutes from Blowing Rock, Boone, and Banner
Elk. The Resort is famous for its tennis program. Players young
and old come to play on the indoor and outdoor courts and to train
with one of the two full-time tennis pros. The non-tennis player
can workout in one of the two fitness centers, relax in the sauna,
or just savor the natural beauty of the area. Fine dining is
available on-site at the Gamekeeper Restaurant specializing in
nouveau Southern cuisine. Nearby area attractions include the Blue
Ridge Parkway and its miles of hiking trails and scenic vistas,
Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linvill Falls, Linville

Rates for this fabulous mountain home vary seasonally and range from
$339-$529 per night. Discounts are given for stays of three nights
