Vacation Rental Description

Casa Luna is a 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath home on Carolina Ridge with 
spectacular Northshore, BVI and Coral Bay views, swimming pool and 
jacuzzi. This beautiful large home has 3400 sq. ft. of interior space 
and 1500 sq. ft. of deck around house. Pool is 10’x 20’x5D’ and the 
tile pool deck is 700 sq. ft. 

The parking area of Casa Luna is conveniently located next to the 
pool, jacuzzi, and fun covered "Gecko Bar and Lounge" where you'll 
find beach toys, chairs, etc. Extensive tropical landscaping all 
around with mature palms, fruit trees and agrass lawn provide the 
perfect setting for this large property. Two bedrooms, a 
kitchenette/living area, laundry and large screened in garden room 
are all on the first level. The upper level of Casa Luna includes 
three bedrooms, a great room, indoor dining room table that seats 10, 
a full kitchen, and fantastic views. The wrap-around deck on the 
upper level lets you enjoy 360 degree views - down-island views, 
northshore views, mountain views - Casa Luna has it all.
