Vacation Rental Description

This spacious beach view home located on a quiet West Pine Avenue 
corner lot has double decks facing the beach and overlooking a 
private, heated pool.  Kitchen and living areas have hardwood floors 
and are located on the upper level with the master bedroom (queen).  
Lower level has three bedrooms (one king, one queen, two twins), two 
baths, a large laundry room and a small porch facing the bay side of 
the island.

Located on the pool level is enough covered parking for four cars, a 
screened patio for dining near the pool, a tiled fish-prep sink, and 
a poolside enclosed shower/changing area.

With a straight shot to the beach, it's an easy 2-minute walk for a 
day of fun.  Our home is 250 yards from the beach.  Rent a bike and 
enjoy the miles of bike trails or enjoy 
many of the water-related activities.  

Comment from recent guest (June 25, 2006) - This is our fourth year 
at this gorgeous house. We have enjoyed each year here and will 
hopefully be coming back. It feels like home when we arrive. you 
have a very lovely house and the rooms are great and the pool is 
soooo nice. The walk to the beach is a breeze and the view from the 
top balcony is amazing. Thanks for your great house.

Private heated pool, air conditioning, king capacity washer/dryer, 
TVs in every bedroom, VCR/DVD/TV and stereo/CD player in living 
room, VCR in children's bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen with large 
pantry, port-a-crib, highchair, outdoor grill, poolside shower, 
fish-prep sink, screened patio.

Linens provided except for crib.
No smoking.
No pets.

No additional costs for heating the pool.
Vacation insurance is included.

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful St. George Island is a natural playground located about 60 
miles east of Panama City.  The beaches are rarely crowded.  There 
are many activities including swimming, boating, watersports, world-
class fishing, bird and wildlife viewing, and biking.  There are 
bicycle paths running throughout the island that offer a safe place 
for bicycling, skating, running or just walking.  Award winning 
St.George Island State Park takes up the entire eastern end of the 
island and offers hiking, kayaking and sunbathing in a pristine 
undisturbed beach setting. The Island and nearby Apalachicola offer 
old town charm, excellent restaurants serving world famous 
Apalachicola Oysters and fresh seafood, and plenty of shops to 
explore. 

Great golfing is available at St. John's Bay Golf Course.  The golf 
course is only 35-45 minutes east of the island.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates

Rates include all fees except 8% local and state taxes. There are no 
reservation fees, linen fees, cleaning fees, or additional costs for 
heating the pool. Trip insurance is also included.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
