The building and grounds have just had a million-dollar renovation and upgrades, with breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows, fresh paint, refreshed pool area and landscaping. Our third-floor, centrally located unit has been newly painted too, with new curtains, furniture and appliances. Just bring a beach towel. You might not even get to read that book you brought, you'll be much too busy taking in all the fun and excitement Daytona has to offer in any season. Or take some genuine quality time just to relax in the sun, surf and sand of the World's Most Famous Beach!

Our unit is larger than many other condos on the beach and squeaky-clean. Your vacation time is precious and well-earned - don't settle for just a "condotel." At our vacation home, you will enjoy two full-size luxurious bedrooms, each with full bath, quality linens, towels and ample closets and drawer space. With dramatic floor-to-ceiling brand new windows and doors, the master bedroom directly overlooks the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, and its breathtaking sunrises and dolphins frolicking most every morning. All you will hear is the roll of the ocean waves as you relax on the king size bed. The living room and master bedroom both also have direct access to the oceanfront balcony, where you can relax and sip your favorite beverage while watching the white surf and waves. There is a television with cable in each bedroom and a new flat screen LCD TV in the full-size living room, with DVD/VCR available. Our unit has a full kitchen and dining area with all appliances and necessary kitchenware, including blender, icemaker, disposer, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, cutlery, glassware, iron & ironing board, etc. The full-size, private, washer and dryer are located just outside across the hall (to reduce noise). The condo provides high-speed Internet, full cable, elevator service, a security system and ample parking, as well as on-site managment. You will love it, as we do.

White Surf is well-regarded and recognized as one of the best-managed, spotlessly-maintained properties on the beach. The manicured grounds boast a billiard room, basketball court, sun deck, tennis court, sauna, exercise room, shuffleboard court, dining patio, ample beach and lounge chairs, and of course, an in-ground, seasonally heated pool.

Nonstop Daytona action says it all!! From the world-famous NASCAR race track to the serene quality of the finest museums, you will never lack for something to see and do. Kart rides, the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, concerts, golf, crazy downtown Daytona, mini-golf, surfing, fishing, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, just about anything else you can think of, is offered here. Plus, you're an easy drive from the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando, St. Augustine or Jacksonville, and did I mention the TEN-plus superb golf courses and the International Golf Hall of Fame all within an hour's drive? If you time your trip around the KSC schedule, you can see rocket launches right from the condo balcony.

Any kind of cuisine you desire is right here too, fresh fish, fine steaks, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and good old American are all represented within minutes of your door. There are over five excellent restaurants just within walking distance from the condo, and hundreds more within a few miles.

The condo is conveniently located in a safe, relatively quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Daytona, but a CVS, a 7-11 gas and convenience store, walk-in medical clinic, drugstore, beach store, pizza restaurant and hair salon are right across the street. There's trolley and bus service, though, to take you right into downtown Daytona within ten minutes if you so choose. Weekends there is a gi-normous Flea and Farmers Market over by the Speedway which is NOT to be missed!
