This beautiful, beachfront condo is located in the small (only 4 units) recently built project called Kelty Caribe.  This unit is located on a beautiful sandy beach in the quaint, laid back fishing village of Puerto Morelos.  Sit on your huge terrace and enjoy the sea breeze while enjoying your favorite beverage.  Watch the pelicans fly by and dive for fish while seeing the waves break over the world's 2nd largest barrier reef.The terrace leads you right to the beach where you can catch some sun, swim and snorkel in the pristine waters of the Carribean.  Most people love to go for long walks (or runs) on the sandy beaches where you can go for miles in either direction or you can just sit, relax and watch the world go by.  Our renters love our location because our beach is quiet and private as compared to being close to the village center where it can get very, very crowded on some days!!

We designed and built these condo's to be quite large and comfortable with pretty much all the amenties of home. Some of the more important ones which are:
