Completely furnished:  linens, full service kitchen with all new appliances (including dishwasher); new cabinets/countertops; dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, washer/dryer.  Two color t.v.'s (new) and basic cable.  Plenty of closet space throughout the house.  Wood burning fireplace, central air/heat.  Front porch faces large lake (Mariner's) with outdoor wicker furniture; back porch (screened) has table/chairs, gas grill.  Large enclosed garage, work area with workbenches, lots of cabinets.  Includes weekly garbage pickup, yard maintenance with partially fenced yard.  The woods are excellent for walking the the deer can be seen in the early morning/evening coming down to the lakes.  There are grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, banks, post office, churches, small restaurants, etc. within 10 minutes if you don't want to go to the "big cities".

Minimum Stay - 30 days

$2000.00 PER MONTH (30 DAYS).  Rate is NEGOTIABLE if length of stay is 3 months or longer.

Security deposit of $500.00 will be required to reserve this property.  Total first month rent is due in full at least two weeks prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made between owner and renter.  Security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of renters departure provided there no renter related damages to property.

There will also be a $50.00 CLEANING FEE.

  PETS are allowed with written permission of the owner.  If there is a pet, there will be an additional deposit of $100.00 which will be returned as indicated with the security deposit.
