Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse/villa.
Wonderfully bright, light and comfortable.
This Costa del Sol townhome was completely renovated recently, with 
most everything new, including all furnishings.

Two blocks to the intercoastal waterway with great marine wildlife 
including dolphins, manatees and great fishing.  
Pool area only feet away for private access stairway to the beach.  
Also a challenging golf course built by Lloyd Clifton is at your 
front door.

The 1st level is tiled with great room overlooking the pool and 
ocean.  Leather furniture and diningroom table for four and bar area 
with wine rack.  Kitchen is full equipped and completely renovated 
with all new appliances and cabinets..  

The upstairs is wood flooring with a large master bedroom with Queen 
size bed and balcony overlooking the ocean where you can watch the 
sun rise or set.  The guest bedroom also has a Queen size bed.  All 
furnishing are new and were replaced during renovation.  Both full 
baths are fully remodeled.  There is an attached 1 car garage.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This two bedroom townhome accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 queen 
size beds and a single sofa bed in the livingroom area.  Our kitchen 
is new and completely equipped with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, 
full size range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, built-
in wine rack, dinnerware, silverware, glasses, pots and pans.  All 
bed linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Hair dryer, iron, 
ironing board, cable TV, VHS/DVD stereo with surround sound system 
and High Speed Internet service and 500 free minutes per month of 
phone service.  Washer and dryer are located in the single car 
attached garage.

Activities and Attractions

Flagler County is located on the upper east coast of Florida between 
world famous Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine. There are 19-
miles of unspoiled coastline. 

Flagler's climate ranges from a mild winter average of 64º F to a 
summer average of 84º F. These ideal temperatures allow you to enjoy 
your favorite outdoor activities year round through a wealth of 
recreational possibilities. Convenient for day trips to all of 
Central Florida's theme parks and major attractions are within a 
short drive.  Distances from Flagler Beach are:

St. Augustine    25 miles
Daytona Bch      20 miles
Jacksonville     60 miles
Orlando          75 miles

Visit Flagler's pristine beaches for miles of walking, surfing and 
surf-fishing.  The pool area is only feet away from your patio area 
and the private stairway access to the beach.  The Pier in downtown 
Flagler is the center of daily activity.  Two blocks to the

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,950 per month + 10% Fl. Tax
$700 per week + 10% Fl. Tax
$75 cleaning fee
$300 reservation/security deposit, fully refundable.

This is a non-smoking no pets allowed property.

I accept Visa and Mastercard.

Special rates apply for certain holidays and events.

**No time is held until the $300.00 reservation/security fee is 
received.  This fee is refundable after the rental term is completed 
and the property is left undamaged or if the renter cannot appear as 
scheduled, but gives at least 2 weeks written notice on weekly 
rentals and 4 weeks written notice on monthly rentals.  If a 2/4 
week written cancellation is not received the $300.00 deposit is 
forfeited.
