Our "Sea cret" in Gulf Shores

Cute coastal beach cottage(duplex). Fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2

full baths, with private screened-in porch. This unit faces the
tennis courts and beautiful pool with fountains. Located in the
Rookery, which offers two pools, Tiki bar, hot tub, and nature
trails.
The Rookery is located at the 6 mile marker on Fort Morgan Road in
Gulf Shores. It is directly across the street from the beach. The
zero entry pool is perfect for young children. There is a common
BBQ
area. It is only 5 miles to the Mobile Bay Car Ferry, historic Fort
Morgan, Fort Morgan Marina, and Tackey Jacks Restaurant. There is a
grocery store and restaurant across the street. The beach is less
than a 1/2 mile walk or you can bring your golf cart or bikes and
ride to the beach. This is a quite peaceful area. It is a great
place to take your boat or personal water craft. They can be parked
right outside your door. No elevators to wait on. Great Family
vacation get-a-away!!

Please add a 100.00 cleaning fee and 6% tax.
Security deposit due at booking- $300.00
The security deposit will be returned after inspection of the unit.
