Vacation Rental Description

The "Casa de los Monos" is the perfect place for those who look for a relaxing, inspiring time 
surrounded by beauty, nature and comfort with great service.

We have four studio apartments fully equiped and furnished with a kitchenette, full size bed and a 
nice size bathroom, a breathtaking view from each balcony, and terrace.

The common areas are the swimming pool and gardens. Everything's new and in top shape.

We are located in a small village, called El Nogalito, where everything is laid back, a walk of less 
than a mile in a non paved road will take you to the georgeous beach Punta Negra.

Puerto Vallarta downtown is less than 10 minutes driving from here. "Casa de los Monos" is a very 
secure, and very comfortable option.

For transportation to Vallarta we can take you for free at the nearest bus station.

Owners onsite during your stay for any info or assistance.

At "Casa de los Monos" there are plenty of things you can do, such as have a delicious breakfast,
swim in our georgeous swimming pool, take the sun and update your life in your laptop in any 
location of the house, while drinking your favorite beverage.

You can go out to take a bike ride around the village, talk to the friendly locals, go hiking in the 
jungle and river, discover the incredible landscapes and waterfalls... and feel unique, as there are 
never tourists around this beautiful cascade.
Take a day SPA at the profesional facility near the river and near "casa de los Monos" and enjoy 
a "Temascal" (highly recomended for those who want to relax even more.)

Go to the beach and colect beautiful stones, and dream, relax and find yourself.
If you feel like having a mexican barbecue by the pool, we arrange everything, all you have to do is 
relax and enjoy!
We also have access to discounts for all local tours, and activities.

All listed rates based on single or double occupancy using one full size bed
Extra persons, add $20%
All rates are quoted in US Dollars. 
 
$400 usd totally refundable security and key deposit, returned upon
departure.
