Vacation Rental Rates
Seasonal rates, from December 1st through March 31st are $4,500 per
month. In addition to the rent, 10% tax is charged, $125.00 non
refundable cleaning fee & a $500 security deposit refundable upon
departure & satisfactory inspection of premises for damage.
