Valerie’s Cabin is located on the southwest shore of beautiful Higgins Lake on Sam-o-Set Blvd. The cabin has “up north” charm and feel while having all of the modern amenities. Our cottage is lakefront, only steps away from the water (a gravel road separates the cottage from the beach). A large front yard leads you to the shore where a private dock welcomes you. It is completely furnished, exceptionally clean and well kept. A picnic table and charocoal grill are provided for your outdoor grilling pleasure. Cabin also has a sleeping loft for your use.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets while sitting on either the private dock or beautiful porch. Enjoy early morning or late evening walks down Sam-o-Set Blvd. Party store is a short walk up the road.

Cabin is only available Memorial weekend through October 1st.
$900 a week - Friday to Friday
$1100 peak weeks - Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day
Check In: Fridays at 3pm
Check Out: Fridays at 10am
Rent is due two weeks prior to your arrival and no refunds without a two week notice. Upon your departure, please leave cabin in move in condition. This includes dishes washed and put away. Trash also needs to be placed in bin outside. Please shut all windows and doors.
Security Deposit: $125.00 paid by personal check. Deposit will be refunded 7-10 days after departure if cabin is left in move in condition.
No rentals will be permitted to anyone under the age of 21.
