Our property is situated on a beautiful Lot overlooking the Central Valley. With an amazing view of Volcano Barva and Poas. Located on the Old Road to Santa Ana in the suburb of San Rafael Escazu, it is an ideal location. In front of the property is a public bus stop, we are in a great area for walking as well. We are just 5 minutes to the City Center of Escazu and 20 minutes from the Juan Santamaria International airport. We are in close proximity to the shopping mall (Multiplaza) many other strip malls as well as the Cima hospital. For Business we are 5 minutes to the FORUM and 10 minutes to Office Centro. If you want some exercise we have Worlds Gym and 2 great Golf Courses nearby. There are numerous excellent Restaurants in the vicinity. Within walking distance to the TajMahal (Indian food) and 8 other Restaurants. 

Upon arrival to Out Of Bounds we will take you to your room, where you can relax and take in the view. The rooms are smoke free. Guests are welcome to smoke on the balconies.

Your FREE daily breakfast for the Hotel will include either a Typical Costa Rican breakfast. “Gallopinto” eggs, bread coffee and juice or Cereal and fresh fruit. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10:30am on the Terrace. Early departures will get a packed breakfast to go.

Out Of Bounds Boutique Hotel offers 5 unique rooms: Junior, Deluxe, Superior Room and two Standards Every room is tastefully decorated with local art work extra touches and has pine wood floors.

Our Standard Rooms sleep 2 comfortably. One of the rooms has vaulted ceiling and is located on the second floor. The Standard rooms include 2 Twin beds or a King bed.

Our Junior Room is located on the first floor and sleeps 3 comfortably in a Queen and Individual bed. Handicap accessible.

Our Deluxe room has a vaulted ceiling and is located on the second floor. The Deluxe room Sleeps 5 comfortably has two Double beds and a sofa bed. On the deck in front of the room we have rocking chairs for viewing comfort.

Our Superior Suite sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a Kitchenette. Stove-top, Fridge, toaster, Coffee maker and some of the amenities needed for cooking. The Superior room has two Double beds. Handicap accessible.

We also offer a Fully Furnished Vacation Rental on the same property. 
It has 4 great rooms and a lot of living space including the patios, it has everything you need.

Family Suite has a Master Room with King bed, TV, 2 Closets, Massive Bathroom with Shower and Roman Tub. Attached is the kids room that has 3 Individual beds or can be 1 king and 2 individual. There are 2 private doors from bedrooms, one goes out the the BBQ/Patio area and the other one goes out to the back yard. Sleeps 5

Quadruple Room has 1 Queen and 1 Double bed, Tv, Fan, Closet, Safe, Private bathroom and private door out to the BBQ/Patio area. Sleeps 4

Double Room has 1 Queen bed, Tv, Fan, Closet, Safe and private bathroom. Sleeps 2

The house sleeps 11 in total and is fully furnished.
Living space includes, Family room, Living room, Dining room and all the needs for a Kitchen.
Outdoor space there is a BBQ area with Patio, front and back yard as well as parking for 3 cars.
