Great Long Weekend

We so enjoyed our long weekend in your rental. We were celebrating my sister's 50th birthday and we had a blast. The unit was great, had everything we needed.
Was very comfortable for my 3 sister's and myself. The place was really quiet and the pool and beach area was great. And the extra large balcony was great for the mornings and evenings to just sit and listen to the ocean. Only problem we had is that we didn't want to leave. We will plan on renting here again. And Lisa(the owner) was great to deal with. So thanks so much Lisa for allowing us to share in your beach rental. We truely had a wonderful time and made some great memories.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Great Vacation Spot

A fantastic condo with a great view of the Gulf from the balcony. The unit was comfortable and we had plenty of space for three adults and two teenagers. The pool was crystal clear and sits directly adjacent to the beach. Very relaxing atmosphere.

We really enjoyed the location of the condo because of it's central location to Clearwater Beach, John's Pass (Madeira Beach), Treasure Island, Ft. DeSoto Park, Caledesi Island, etc. There are a few restaurants near and a great little ice cream shop just a couple blocks away. Numerous other restaurants are only a short drive (5 to 10 minutes). One of our favorites was the Conch Republic.

We would have no trouble recommending this condo to family or friends and would go back there for ourselves in a minute.

Nice Place to Vacation

I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is very comfortable and fulfilled all our needs. We divided our time between the balcony (accessible from the living room and both bedrooms with views of the beach, the Intercoastal Waterway and the boulevard)and the great pool which had ample patio space without crowding. The beach also was very pretty and was accessible. The location is in a pretty much residential area which tends to be more peaceful, but means having to drive to stores/restaurants. The main thing to know about this unit, is that this is a waterview unit, not a waterfront unit. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for my next beach vacation.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing
