This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is located in a quiet peaceful area of
the lake. This house is remodeled with a large screened porch
overlooking the lake. Located in a quiet rural area, near the
junction of the Saluda and Little Saluda Rivers, it is perfect for
fishing or a relaxing getaway. The children will enjoy the air
hockey table, ping pong and the kids room loft

We are located 20 min. from Lexington, SC and 35 Min. from Columbia
SC. The Zoo is only 30 minutes away and Fort Jackson just 45
minutes. You can be in Charleston SC in less than 2 hours and
Atlanta Ga. in 3 hours. The Lake has over 650 miles of shore line,
41 miles long and 14 miles wide at widest point. Area activities
include, golfing, canoeing, historic site seeing, museums,
Riverbanks Zoo, Edventure Children's Museum, Franke's Fun Park,
Saluda River Shoals, the State House, and the University of South
Carolina. Brochures available in the house.

Includes: Boat dock, screened porch, outdoor shower, firepit by the
lake,phone, air hockey table,ping pong, TV/VCR,DVD,CD , dish washer,
microwave, gas grill, 1 king bed, 1 queen and a set of bunk beds
with a separate pull out bed, 2 twin beds set up as king but can be
used separately, futon sleeper in loft area, all appliances, central
heat and air cond. linens, towels and dishes.

We have a 2000 Pontoon boat available for rent at $190 for a single
day. Discounts for multiple day rentals.

Great fishing, boating, boat rentals, tours and fishing guides
available on the lake. Brochures on local sites and activities and
local maps are kept in the house. 35 minutes to the Capitol City of
Columbia.
