There is ample parking underneath the house and in the driveway. As you head upstairs, you will notice a beautiful living area with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens onto a Gulf front covered deck. There's one bedroom (a King) and a full bath located on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find an additional 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, & 2 Twins) along with 2 bathrooms. Sandbox is configured to comfortably sleep 10 people! The upstairs master bedroom has its own private Gulf front balcony and it is truly an incredible space.

There is nothing quite like waking up to the sound of the surf at your doorstep. Walk out of our home directly onto the beach and enjoy yourselves! You will not be disappointed!

Orange Beach is a place where you can kick back and relax, take a different perspective, and reconnect with your family.  It's clean, fun, and filled with things to do with the family or that special someone.  Get lost on one of the many walking trails in the state park next door, shop 'til you drop at places like SanRoc Cay, or just play on the miles of white sandy beaches.  Enjoy!

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

To protect your investment, we also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
