Beach Breeze is convenient to all Gulf Shores has to offer. Located just 5 miles west of downtown, all restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, and entertainment venues are within minutes of your doorstep.

You will have unrestricted access to Little Lagoon, which borders the neighborhood's north side. You will enjoy 3 docks on the lagoon, and 1 boat ramp for small boats and jet skis. Once in the lagoon, the entrance to the open Gulf of Mexico is only 1 block away!

Then, of course, is our world-class beach, and a small swimming pool (7x14). Miles and miles of beautiful white sand. Then relax by the pool after a wonderful day on the beach!! This is the ultimate vacation!!

The layout of the house is as follows: Parking underneath the home is suitable for up to 6 cars. The first level includes a full kitchen with all utensils provided, a living room, and 2 King bedrooms with 2 baths. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms (1 Queen, and 2 Twins) and another full bath. The 2 bedrooms facing the Gulf of Mexico have nice balconies with beautiful views of the beach and the water. There are also 2 sleeper sofas. Your Investment

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

To protect your investment, we also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
