"Beachin East" features exquisite luxury and all the comforts of home! You'll melt into the master bedroom's King bed and look over at the spectacular view of the Gulf from your walk-out balcony. The other bedrooms include 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Single Twin Beds and one bedroom has 2 - Twin Bunk Beds.

Fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room and spacious dining room - there's plenty of room for everyone. Gorgeous ceramic tile floors in the main part of the house and carpet in the bedrooms - and experience the spacious floor plan and professional decor. Look out of the huge windows and let the magnificent views take your breath away. Step out onto the oversized open decks and listen to the sound of the surf. Sit out on your back patio, which is right on the gulf, and enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper while the dolphins frolic in the surf!

And should you crave some more conventional entertainment, there's always high-speed wireless internet access, cable TV, and a DVD.

Our goal is to give you the absolute best value in beach accommodations today. We want you to feel that the value you are getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! We pride ourselves on our repeat customers.

Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $125. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
