Tastefully decorated, master bedroom has a king size bed, cable tv, large walk-in closet connecting to private dressing room with vanity and separate water closet with tub/shower.  Master has sliding doors to lanai and view of the water. Seasonal Rental (no less than 3 months & 1 day and no more than 4 months)

January through December $2000.00 per month

$6000.00 for 3 month  1 day minimum

Save  $1000.00 and pay $7000.00 for 4 month stay.

$500.00 Security Deposit at time of reservation.  If necessary a $100.00 Cleaning charge will be deducted from Security Deposit.

One-half rent due upon Association Approval and balance due day before occupancy date.
