Cozy Creek Duplex in Englewood

This is a NON SMOKING immaculate really nice modern waterfront Duplex in a nice residential area and everything is renovated top to bottom.  Entire home has ceramic tile floors and sleeps up to four (max) with a high queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room.  The roman tile style bathroom has a walk in shower with comfort height vanity and toliet.  Oak cabinets with plenty of storage adorn the eat in kitchen and include microwave, smooth top range, & refrigerator w/ice maker.  There is also a dining area that seats four. 

For your outdoor pleasure, there is a screened lanai w/table & 4 chairs, and full size washer and dryer.  There is an open air wood deck to barbeque, lounge and soak up the sun.  Bring your kayak/canoe and fishing pole so you can enjoy the water from your own backyard dock on Ainger Creek.

There are Ceiling fans in the LR/DR/MB/GB/Lanai, flat screen TV and Plenty of closet space and very tastefully decorated

WIFI and basic cable included, Upgraded cable channels available at additional cost to the renter. 

All beds are posture pedic and oh so very comfortable!  Kitchen is very well equiped for the chef in you.  There is no land line phone but, it is available at renters expense.

Englewood is a beach town with many waterways and lots of nature, many Golf courses and away from the crowds.  Ainger creek park is only 5 minutes away with public ramps for launching larger boats.  You will be centrally located with all the comforts of home at Cozy Creek.  All you have to do is bring your personal items and relax.  Your unit also has parking  for up to 4 cars. 

There are great local restaurants and shopping within walking distance and the beach is only a few minutes away by car. 

Englewood is literally surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico with miles of unspoiled beaches.  Centrally located and minutes to our beautiful beaches, shopping, dining, several top Golf courses & tennis, nature explorations, saltwater fishing, and cultural activities.  You can take in a professional baseball game, visit the art galleries, take in a local play at Lemon Bay Playhouse or Venice Little Theater or just relax and collect shark teeth and shells from our beautiful beaches. There are also miles of bike trails and even a dog park nearby!

Sarasota and Tampa are an easy trip to the North, and Ft. Myers and Naples to the South.  Englewood enjoys the enviable position of blending the excitement of a major metropolitan area with the laid-back atmosphere of its rural roots.

Posted rates are for 2 people. Additional charge of $25 per week for extra guests.  Unit is designed for a Max of 4 guests only. 

Nightly rates are $89 May thru October plus 12% tax and $149 a night November thru April plus 12% tax.  Excludes Holidays

Weekly rates are $499 May thru October plus 12% tax and $749 weekly November thru April plus 12% tax.  Excludes Holidays.

*Monthly rates for season November, through April are $1649 a month utilities inclusive plus 12% tax.  May thru October are $1399 a month utilities inclusive plus 12% tax.  The Security/Damage deposit for monthly rentals is $300.

If you stay seasonal for 6months and one day there is NO tax.

Payment types accepted:  Cash, Travel checks, Money Order, or Cashiers check.  

*There is a $75 exit cleaning/sanitizing fee for monthly/seasonal guests only.

Late Check Out is available up to 1pm for additional $25.00

Please note seasonal months November thru April will only be rented monthly or consecutively for 3 or more months. Priority will be given for longer leases.
