As for Unit #507, it is a fully furnished 1,250 sq. ft. unit with a large wrap-around balcony.  It is perfect for a couple or three individuals who want to get away for a week, two weeks or more to relax, play, enjoy spectacular sunsets and, if you choose to leave the sliding glass doors and bedroom window open, you will hear the sound of crashing ocean waves as well as feel the cool breezes of the Pacific Ocean. 

The unit is located in the fun, vibrant, bustling Olas Altas neighborhood that is full of terrific restaurants (some of the best in all of Vallarta), sports bars where you can watch your favorite team(s), all kinds of specialty shops, beautiful galleries, etc.  You are only a short 10 minute walk on the Malecon to downtown.  In addition, two wonderful restaurants are located on the property and there is a bank, internet cafe and convenience store in close proximity.  Finally, Lazaro Cardenas Park is the neighborhood as is an underground parking garage.

Taxis can pick you up at the front door of the building, a city bus can be boarded just one block away, Los Muertos Beach (annually voted the top beach in Vallarta) awaits you as you walk out the pool gate. 

If you are into water sports, there are a multitude to choose from.... parasailing, boating, jet skis, tubing, fishing, whale watching, etc.  Equipment and excursions can be booked within walking distance.  If golf is your game, there are many championship caliber courses in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta.  Information on golf courses and prices can be found by googling:  Golf courses in Puerto Vallarta.  

Or, you can relax by/in the heated pool.  Or, you can take a towel and beach chair from the unit and park yourself under a Plaza Dorada umbrella on the beach with your favorite beverage.  Also, beach food/beverage service is available from either of the two restaurants located on the property.  Some visitors call this paradise while others just say, "This is one great place for a vacation!"
