Sanibel Island - A barrier island just off the southwest coast of Florida by Fort Myers.  Due to its East to West orientation, Sanibel gathers seashells along its beaches.  It is known worldwide for it's shelling.  Over 60% of Sanibel Island is a wildlife refuge, giving it its quiet, laid back atmosphere.

There are over 26 miles of bike trails and over 17 miles of beautiful beaches.  There are also excellent restaurants, golfing, tennis, fishing, boating and shopping.

Our family friendly condo is located a short walk to the Sanibel Beach.  It is located in Seashells of Sanibel, a 44 unit, two-story condo complex located close to the beach and everything the Island has to offer.  This fully equipped second floor, corner unit condo anticipates all your family needs.  Seashells offers a large heated swimming pool, tennis court, shuffleboard and barbecue grills.  The condo is located close to a private path leading to the Gulf of Mexico beach and is also located close to the pool.  To make your vacation easier beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and beach towels have even supplied.  There is even a wagon to bring the children to the beach.  In the evening spend family time watching a DVD, Netflix, playing a board game or relaxing on new living room furniture.  Two new flat screen TVs are provided for your enjoyment.  Enjoy your morning with coffee on the screened-in lanai.  Accommodations include a king size bed in the master, 2 twins in the guest room and a queen size sleeper sofa.  Ceiling fans are located throughout the unit.  The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.  There is Wi-Fi in the condo and a shared computer in the condo office.   Condo was newly tiled and painted in October 2011!

On site amenities include: heated swimming pool, tennis, shuffleboard, WiFi and barbecue grills.  There is an on-site management office, bicycle rentals and laundry facilities.  

Avoid the crowds, Seashells of Sanibel has its own private beach access.  Enjoy everything Seashells and Sanibel has to offer.
