Vacation Rental Description

This vacation property is located at the Izaty's Resort and Golf  
Club. The resort is open and operating on a limited basis. Please inquire for details. You would be  
renting from me and not the resort. I own my home and continue to rent year around  
with no complaints and plenty of references. The resort is closed during the winter months so the  
resort amenities are not available during this time. The resort is nested on the South end of Lake  
Mille Lacs which is known for its world class Walleye fishing. The townhome sits on the lake. This  
townhome is the only lakeside townhome that has its own private 6 person Hot Tub located inside a  
three season porch overlooking the lake. The townhome is very modern and constructed in 1996. The  
home was totally remodeled in 2004. My home is rated as a V.I.P. property. Walk out directly to one  
of the most beautiful lakes in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.  I will gladly send you additional photos

Vacation Rental Amenities

Boat Marina with fishing boat rentals, jet ski rentals, pontoon  
rentals and Charter Fishing available. Two First Class Golf Courses  
and one Executive Golf Course for the children. Golf Pro Shop.  
Indoor/Outdoor Bar. One restaurant. Outdoor Swimming Pool, Indoor Swimming Pool, Outdoor Beach  
Volleyball court, Outdoor Hot Tub, Kids Programs, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Horseshoe Pits. 
 
The Townhome has the following: Central Air/Heat, Washer, Dryer,  
Refrigerator, microwave, multiple color televisions, multiple DVD and  
VCR players, Cable Television, High Speed Internet, Video Selection,  
Wood Burning Fireplace, all cooking utensils, all linens,  
infant/toddler high chair, PRIVATE 6 person Hot Tub, all the comforts  
of Home. The master bedroom also has a deck that overlooks the lake.

Activities and Attractions

The resort has many activities based on the time of the season.  
Additional activities include: Local Casino for your Gaming Pleasure,  
Bike Trails, Snowmobile Rentals, 4 Wheeler Trails, Fishing Guides  
both summer and winter, Shopping and Fine Dining.

Vacation Rental Rates

There is a 2 Night minimum stay. A $200 Reservation Deposit is  
required. There is a $100 Cleaning Fee that will be added to all  
rentals. Sales Tax of 6.5% must be charged. All quoted rates are  
based on a 8 person or less occupancy. I do NOT charge a higher  
nightly rate for weekend stays. I accept all major Credit Cards. 
 
REPEAT RENTER SPECIAL - 10% discount on any rental 
September 1 - April 30      $195/Night or $999/Week 
May 1 - May 31              $250/Night or $1,200/Week 
June 1 - August 31          $325/Night or $1,800/Week 
3 Night Fall/Winter Special (Sun - Tues. Stay)   $400 
3 Night Spring Special      (Sun - Tues. Stay)   $599 
3 Night Summer Special      (Sun - Wed Stay)     $750
