Our luxury salt treated pool and spa is a natural alternative to "pool chlorine" chemicals.  It offers our guests the luxury and the natural healthy benefits of swimming in crystal clear, mild salt water (only half as salty as your own tear drops).  No more red eyes, green hair or irritated eyes or skin.  It is environmentally positive and ecologically sound - most or all of the regular chemicals dumped into pools eventually end up polluting our environment in one way or another. This system uses only pure, natural salt - and recycles that salt continuously. The pool and spa are heated by electric heat pump, optional May-September.

The pool has a gorgeous location. It is south facing, and is
very private as it has tropical planting to screen it and no rear
neighbours. The villa also has the benefit of above-average size
grounds separating it from the two adjacent homes. The pool can be
illuminated at night, and special garden lighting adds to the ambience
and pleasure of being outside in the warm Floridian evenings. The huge
deck faces both south & west, so you can enjoy maximum sun AND the
spectacular Florida sunsets, with far-reaching views over miles of lush
Conservation lands.

Bedroom 5 with Single and Double Bed. Bedrooms 4 & 5 can share the

As English owners we try to visit at least 3 times a year to oversee maintenance, make upgrades, and to ensure that our high standards are being upheld.

The flexible bedroom layout provides 3 en-suite bedrooms for up to 6

"Sandpipers" is set in one of the best positions at Weston Hills, a
small, exclusive, gated community located on US27,  3 mls north
of its junction with the 192. As you drive through the electric gates
you will notice how beautifully kept everything is, with a tree-lined
avenue & well maintained flower borders.

Weston Hills is very quiet with a high proportion of residential, rather than solely vacation homes. Shops (inc. a Wal-Mart Superstore), restaurants, gas station &
pharmacy are all within a few minutes drive, as of course are many
Golf Courses.

Disney World is only 10-15 minutes away, using a useful shortcut we
will tell you about!

All the other Theme Parks and Attractions, including Universal
Studios, Sea World & Wet'n'Wild may be reached within about 20-30
minutes.

Weston Hills is a few miles from the beautiful Lake Louisa State
Park, with its own beach, nature trails & fishing.

Beaches on both the Gulf and Atlantic Coast are within 1.5 hrs easy drive.

On-site community facilities include Tennis Courts, Basketball court,
Childrens' Play area & Childrens' Aquatic Pool.

All Rates shown include Florida Sales & Tourist Tax

2011 & 2012 - rates for the villa per week (sleeps up to 10)

$1340 - $1700 per week inc. tax

Rental rates include: Tax, utilities, bed linen, towels, pool towels, Gas BBQ/grill,
unlimited wireless internet, local phone calls. A child's travel crib
(cot), highchair, stroller & stair guard are also included if required.

There is a supplement of $110 for stays of 7 nights or less.

Electric heating for the pool and in-ground spa is $25 per day.  50% discount on pool/spa heating June, July, August.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking (payable by Paypal, no charge)

A refundable security bond of $500 is required with your final
balance, this will normally be refunded within 4 weeks of your
departure, providing there is no loss or damage at the villa.

Late check out to 3pm on your day of departure is possible if we
have no guests arriving the same day (although we can't guarantee this
until very close to your arrival).
